Little Dragons
Ages 3 to 5
Drills sized for the youngest students in the building: balance, courtesy, and learning to fall without fear. Class runs short and moves fast, because a four year old's attention does too.

All Star Kenpo Karate is the Snyder family's dojo: Ed Parker American Kenpo, rapid circular and linear striking, taught for practical street self defense in Quakertown, Pennsylvania.
136 Mill Rd, Suite B, Quakertown, PA 18951, beside the Goddard School. Your first week on the mat is free.

"I come to you with only Karate, empty hands. I have no weapons, but should I be forced to defend myself, my principles or my honor, should it be a matter of life or death, of right or wrong; then here are my weapons, karate, my empty hands."
Parker's creed is the only long piece of writing in this school, and it is the curriculum in miniature. Every technique taught on Mill Road answers to it.
Every student climbs the same Kenpo ladder. Only the room changes with age.

Rank here moves by mastery, not by attendance. A student tests when the technique is clean, however long that takes, so the belt around a child's waist means exactly what it says.
Ages 15 and up
The full Ed Parker system for teens and adults, with Arnis stickwork from Sensei Snyder's second black belt woven directly into regular classes.
All Star is family owned and family taught. The Snyders of Quakertown run the dojo together, and Sensei Kurt Snyder leads every rank from the mat. His Kenpo is Ed Parker's, and his Arnis, the Filipino stick and knife art, gives the curriculum its edge against weapons.
A women's self defense seminar: three hours, forty dollars, taught by the same instructors who run the belt programs. The evening covers three kinds of trouble in order.
Breaking common holds before they set.
Turning an escape into a position you choose.
Getting back to your feet when the fight goes down.
Seminar dates and seats are arranged by phone: 215-421-6646.
Kids classes run first each evening, with adult classes after. The advanced session holds Sunday morning.
| Day | Kids and youth | Adults and advanced |
