Latent Blend is a community wall for AI-generated art. Enter only if you can keep your account secure, respect the work, and give the service the limited rights needed to display what you submit.

who may enter
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, your credentials, and activity performed through your account. One person may not create accounts to evade limits or enforcement.
your work stays yours
You retain the rights you have in a piece. By submitting work, you grant Latent Blend a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, scan, reproduce, resize, transcode, display, and distribute that work only to operate, secure, moderate, and promote Latent Blend and its public wall.
That license includes thumbnails, gallery placement, profile pages, social previews, and reasonable promotional captures of the service. It ends after the work is deleted, subject to reasonable cache, backup, legal, and already-shared copies.
what you promise
- You own the submitted work or have every permission needed to upload and license it.
- The work and its metadata do not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.
- The submission is AI-generated or materially AI-assisted and is described honestly.
- The submission follows the SFW community guidelines and contains no hidden malicious payload or deceptive metadata.
review and enforcement
A submission may remain private and pending while it is checked. Review does not guarantee publication or certify ownership, accuracy, or safety. Latent Blend may reject, restrict, remove, or preserve material and may suspend accounts when needed to enforce these terms, protect people, comply with law, or keep the wall operational.
Do not manipulate rep, scrape private areas, evade access controls, probe other accounts, automate abusive traffic, impersonate people, or interfere with the service.
copyright and safety notices
A notice should identify the work, the affected Latent Blend URL, the basis for the request, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the report is accurate. Do not include sensitive identity documents until the operator requests them through a verified private channel.

service limits
The service is provided as available. Features may change, fail, or be withdrawn, and public work may be lost despite reasonable recovery efforts. To the extent permitted by law, Latent Blend disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms are a practical public-beta baseline and should be reviewed for the operator's jurisdiction before unrestricted registration opens.
changes and contact
Material changes will be dated here. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and request account deletion. Questions about these terms go to the configured private support channel.
